II. Core Performance and Applications
Our EVA materials feature high flexibility, elasticity across a wide temperature range, excellent weather resistance, closed-cell cushioning and energy absorption, and good processability. They exhibit no permanent deformation after repeated bending and retain their color and strength even under long-term exposure to UV radiation and humid heat. It is widely used in outdoor sports equipment, automotive interiors, precision instrument padding, children's toys, impact-absorbing components, and sports protective gear padding. It can also be laminated with fabrics, metal foils, and other materials, expanding opportunities for secondary processing.

ODM: Leveraging our in-house developed EVA technology, we extend our capabilities to the manufacturing of finished products such as sports protective gear, yoga mats, fitness mats, and water sports equipment, forming a vertical supply chain encompassing formulation → foaming → die-cutting → assembly. Clients need only specify their product requirements to receive end-to-end delivery from materials to finished goods, reducing coordination costs and quality control risks associated with multiple suppliers.
OEM: We support contract manufacturing using customer-supplied materials or production according to specified formulations, strictly adhering to client standards and offering the option to sign non-disclosure agreements. We can adjust hardness and density, and perform modifications such as anti-static, flame-retardant, and anti-aging treatments. We also support post-processing such as color customization, thickness adjustments, sizing, custom die-cutting, and lamination. Prototypes are available within 3-5 days on our pilot production line; Mass production begins upon confirmation, with a lead time of ≤15 days for the first order.
