A 10, 000-square-meter factory campus and flexible production scheduling ensure on-time delivery during peak seasons and efficient inventory turnover during off-peak periods.
II. Core Performance and Applications
Our EVA materials feature high flexibility, elasticity across a wide temperature range, excellent weather resistance, closed-cell cushioning and energy absorption, and good processability. They exhibit no permanent deformation after repeated bending and retain their color and strength even under long-term exposure to UV radiation and humid heat. It is widely used in outdoor sports equipment, automotive interiors, precision instrument padding, children's toys, impact-absorbing components, and sports protective gear padding. It can also be laminated with fabrics, metal foils, and other materials, expanding opportunities for secondary processing.

We also support post-processing such as color customization, thickness adjustments, sizing, custom die-cutting, and lamination. Prototypes are available within 3-5 days on our pilot production line; Mass production begins upon confirmation, with a lead time of ≤15 days for the first order.
